Farming in Heaven

One day the Prophet Muhammad SAW spoke with a man from the village. He (SAW) relates that there is a male occupant of heaven asking God to grow crops. Then God asked him, "God has given you all things he needed, right?"
The man was admitted, but he likes to grow crops. Then he was sowing the seeds. Plants that grow immediately. All are equal. After that he harvested. Yields were piled high as mountains. God said to him, "O son of Adam, he is not filling your stomach."

"By God, it was the Quraysh or the Ansar because they are from the class of farmers. We are not a group of farmers", said the Bedouin. Prophet Muhammad laughed at the words of the Bedouin people.

An Old Bedouin with Great Understanding

Hadhrat Anas reports that an old Bedouin called Hadhrat Alqama' bin Ulaatha once came to Rasulullaah SAW and said, "Oh, Rasulullaah. I am an old man who is unable to learn the Qur'aan. However, I do testify that there is none worthy of worship but Allah and I testify that Muhammad SAW is the servant and Rasul of Allaah. In this, I have firm conviction."

When the old man had left, Rasulullaah SAW remarked, "That man has great understanding." It has also been reported that Rasulullaah SAW said, "That companion of yours has great understanding."
